The City of Moore Haven will accept sealed bids for the following:

Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Friday October 14^th, 2011.  The sealed bids must be in City Hall at 299 Riverside Drive, Moore Haven, Fl. 33471 on or before October 14^{th ,} 2011 at 2:00 PM at which time they will be publicly opened, read aloud and recorded.  Bids will be awarded at the Regular City of Moore Haven City Council meeting Tuesday, October 18^th.  Sealed bids may be mailed to City of Moore Haven PO Box 399 Moore Haven, Fl. 33471.  All bids must be clearly marked as Surplus Equipment Bids.

Surplus equipment may be examined by appointment at the City of Moore Haven Utilities Warehouse at 301 2^nd St. Moore Haven, Fl.  For appointment contact Jerri Lynn Schlueter at (863) 946-0909.

Equipment will be sold as is / where is and the buyer will be responsible for picking up the equipment on or before  November 4, 2011, or the equipment will be sold to the next highest bidder. The City of Moore Haven reserves the right to refuse any and/or all bids.
